Ms. Lewandowska joined Avista in 2026. Prior to joining Avista, Ms. Lewandowska worked at Nuveen as a Vice President in the Private Equity Impact Investing Group. Prior to Nuveen, she worked as a Private Equity Associate at Berkshire Partners and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Lewandowska received a B.A. from Princeton University, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
