Tom Orr

Mr. Orr joined Avista in 2026. Mr. Orr has more than two decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and engineered services. From 2017 to 2025, Mr. Orr served as President and CEO of Seaway Plastics Engineering, where he led the company through significant organic expansion and acquisition-led growth, positioning the firm as a trusted partner across Medical, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. Prior to Seaway, Mr. Orr held several executive roles including President of Pöppelmann Plastics USA. Mr. Orr received a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mr. Orr currently serves as Chairman of Bentec Medical.
